all along the way

today already 6 of Feb...
would like to flash back the previous days....

THE DAYS BE4 2nd TUTORIAL:
at 1st we were still confused on which subject matter to be continued....
we have 2 interesting subjects which is lamppost and corner...
after our personal brainstorming and some sketch outs..
we decided to go for corner because that idea has more explorations..
besides that, i looked out some definitions of corner to be replied in....
thats what we have narrowed down:
Corner is an angle which creates hopes....
Life is full of surprises and unexpected. But which way to choose,
which direction to go, which challenge to take, is all depend on own..
besides that we want our illustration styles to create kind of relax and refresh...
to make a contrast to the busy and hectic city life....
besides that, we also browsed some books like poems and lyrics....
to see whether it can be match to our concept...
thushni who can read fast found out a few related poems....^^
besides, qiqi started to think about the content....
but everything still have to wait until the confirmation after tutorial....
but the 1st few discussions were nice...though we take 2 hours or more...
but we able to come out with ideas and thinking which are good...=)

THE second TUTORIAL (21JAN2009)
when we sat down on chair, started to be nervous for no reasons...=.='''
start proposing to mr.sean so that he understand our subject matters...
showing the brainstorm, the research, the pictures....
telling him our ideas.....
im glad that he like the corner which is interesting.....
but now we have to make clear of the idea and the messages...
because there are too much messages to tell the audiences...
it made things complicated and confused....
the idea was ok, just need to define it to a clearer picture....
due to the field guide, we still have to make sure that is a user friendly web..
now 3 of us have a clearer picture of what we suppose to do and continue...
alot of considerations need to be aware and it is not that easy....
planning, art directions, strategy, mood fonts, overall view, themes...
bla bla bla bla bla bla...... stress...=)
but i have good mates so i think we can cope it together.....
after the tutorial, we have discussion again...to narrow down again....
came up with this flow chart of our idea....




after this, mates are released to go for their holidays....
we are being seperated to continue to develop....
but is time for new year....^^
i don care, i just want my new year to be happy....=)

My personal outdoor photography (29JAN2009) :
today was 初四, was tired...
played and enjoyed new year until now...^^
though tiring but was satisfied...
so, today made up mind to go photography around KL with leng..
me being her company, she being mine....
that day able to shoot quite lots of related pictures....
we stopped at KL sentral, took monorail to Imbi...
but we stopped by every station to see what we can get...
fortunately, we got surprises...=)
some of the high angles are pretty nice...
later on, we walked from timesquare to sungai wang....
from sungai wang to BBintang to Pudu to Petaling street to central market...
all along the way was a little bit scary...
full of Indonesians, Bangladesh, Indians, and weirdos...
we were being very careful and im glad we got what we want...
and we were safe...^^



nth much to show except the special one...=)
now worrying bout the outcome....
wondering what is the picture of flash....
very strange to me.....im scare...im panic....im nervous....
again, good luck to my group...
new year is going to end soon...is time to back to the normal life...
